Bite Size Movement is changing the way people and families think about health. Born from the feature documentary Bite Size, that takes an intimate look at the obesity epidemic through the eyes of the children most at risk, Bite Size Movement was created to show people that it is possible to take control of your health and well-being regardless of your race, socio-economic or age status and without resorting to “fad” diets or going on crazy exercise plans.

Health problems like hypertension and type 2 diabetes can be prevented, stopped, and even reversed by changing the way you eat and move!


The key isn’t about what diet you choose, it’s about taking small, healthy steps in the right direction. Whether it’s for yourself or your kids, taking small, simple steps is going to be more achievable than trying to uproot your entire lifestyle overnight and then feeling guilty (or worse, making your kids feel guilty) for not conforming to the latest fad diet out there.

As human beings we are ruled by conscious and subconscious systems which manifest themselves in our daily behaviors.  And the only sustainable way to affect behavior is to take small, measured, “Bite Size” steps. One small, healthy, achievable behavior change amplified over the next 20, 30 or 40 years, will always beat a drastic “healthy” lifestyle overhaul that can only be sustained for a couple years, at best.
